In August of 2020, Nanti’s Sushi Japanese Cuisine was originally started in Pleuville, a commune in the Charente department in southwestern France by a Japanese chef.
Our chefs vision and skills were brought to life with blends Japanese kitchen traditions to create a menu of exquisite seafood, a large selections of sushi, our perfect sushi rice, and small plate classics that deliver bold, fresh flavours.

Our sushi, roles and smoothies are prepared only to order from 100% fresh ingredients, sea food, vegetables and fruits. Everything we use to prepare our dishes is delivered by well established French suppliers with long time experience delivering fresh products for Japanese restaurants and Takeaway establishments.
